1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using LaPeTo ("the Service", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

LaPeTo analyzes images and short videos you upload and generates platform-ready copy suggestions across three strategic angles (Conversion, Engagement, Authority) for the social platforms you select.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction).
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate account information and keep it current.

4. Access Tiers and Credits

LaPeTo offers Free, Solo, and Pro tiers. Each tier includes a monthly credit allowance and feature limits (platforms, batch size, brand profiles, retention, video analysis). Access levels are granted and can be adjusted by administrators. Unused credits do not roll over.

5. Your Content

• You retain all rights to the media and text you upload ("Your Content").
• You grant LaPeTo a limited license to store, process, and transmit Your Content solely to operate the Service (including sending it to our AI providers for analysis).
• You represent that you have all necessary rights, consents, and licenses to upload Your Content and that it does not infringe on third-party rights.

6. Acceptable Use

You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund.

7. AI-Generated Output

Copy generated by LaPeTo is a suggestion, not a guarantee. See our AI Output Disclaimer. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any output before publishing it.

8. No Warranty

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee engagement, reach, conversions, or any specific outcome.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LaPeTo and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of USD 50 or the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
