Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs what you may and may not do with LaPeTo. It supplements our Terms of Service.
1. Content You May Not Upload or Generate
- Sexually explicit material, or content that sexualizes minors in any way.
- Violent, graphic, or gratuitously shocking material.
- Hate speech, harassment, threats, or content targeting a person or group based on protected characteristics.
- Content that impersonates a real person without permission, or that facilitates defamation.
- Material that infringes copyright, trademark, trade secret, publicity, or privacy rights.
- Malware, phishing content, or material designed to deceive or defraud.
2. Claims You May Not Ask LaPeTo to Make
- Guaranteed medical, health, or wellness outcomes.
- Guaranteed financial returns, investment performance, or trading advice.
- Guaranteed legal outcomes or unauthorized legal advice.
- Unsubstantiated superlatives ("#1", "best", "guaranteed") that violate platform or advertising rules.
3. Platform and Regulatory Compliance
You are responsible for complying with each destination platform's own policies (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest, Threads, and any others) and with applicable advertising, disclosure, and consumer-protection laws (e.g., FTC endorsement guidelines, ASA/CAP codes).
4. Technical Abuse
- No scraping, reverse-engineering, or attempts to bypass credit limits, rate limits, or authentication.
- No sharing of accounts or credentials.
- No automated bulk uploads outside the batch analysis feature and its documented limits.
- No use of the Service to build a competing AI copywriting product.
5. Enforcement
We may remove content, revoke credits, suspend features, or terminate accounts that violate this AUP, with or without notice depending on severity. Repeated or egregious violations may be reported to the appropriate platform or authority.

Report suspected abuse to abuse@lapeto.app.
