1. Outputs Are Suggestions

Every caption, hook, hashtag, or headline LaPeTo produces is a machine-generated suggestion based on the media and context you provide. Outputs are not editorial statements by LaPeTo and should not be treated as verified facts.

2. Review Before You Publish

You are the publisher. You must read, edit, and approve every output before sharing it publicly. In particular, verify:

• Any factual claim, statistic, quote, price, or date.
• Names, titles, and identifying details of real people or organizations.
• Product features, availability, and legal disclaimers.
• Compliance with each destination platform's policies and applicable laws.

3. No Professional Advice

LaPeTo does not provide medical, legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice. If a topic requires expertise, consult a qualified professional and rewrite the copy accordingly.

4. Bias, Errors, and Hallucinations

Large language models can produce plausible-sounding but incorrect content ("hallucinations"), reflect biases present in training data, or misinterpret imagery. LaPeTo mitigates but does not eliminate these risks. Treat unusual specifics with skepticism.

5. Intellectual Property

Do not upload material you do not have rights to analyze. AI outputs may inadvertently resemble existing works; you are responsible for ensuring your final published copy does not infringe third-party rights.

6. Audience and Timing Estimates

Audience profiles and posting windows are estimates, not measurements. They are inferred from the content you upload, general platform behavior patterns, the audience location and timezone you provide, and — where you have supplied it — your own reported posting outcomes. LaPeTo does not connect to your social accounts and does not observe real audience analytics.

Estimates deliberately avoid inferring sensitive characteristics such as health, religion, sexual orientation, political affiliation, or ethnicity. Where such a signal appears in generated output, it is scrubbed. You remain responsible for reviewing and editing any audience description before relying on it, and for complying with advertising and targeting rules on each platform.

7. No Guarantee of Results

Engagement, reach, follower growth, conversions, and revenue depend on many factors outside our control. LaPeTo makes no guarantee that its suggestions, audience estimates, or recommended posting windows will produce any particular outcome.
